Specialising in the repair and remanufacture of all types of milling, turning and grinding spindles from such makers as Okuma, Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Makino, Mazak, Bridgeport, Nicolas Correa, Cincinnati, Leadwell, Haas, Hartford, Jones & Shipman, Newing Hall Mill grav and PNC Panto cut machines and many other makes of Machine Tools. We also offer onsite servicing and breakdown repairs as well as routine maintenance on all types of machine tools. Our spindle rebuilding facility is supported by a dual plane electronic dynamic balancing machine which can monitor, record and correct spindle unbalance up to 1200mm long and a weight of up to 160kg. We also stock a large range of precision spindle bearings and ball screw support bearings.
